Sign death warrant of prisoners on death row- FG appeals to state governors

As part of efforts to de-congest the prisons in Nigeria, the Federal government yesterday called on all state governors to sign the death warrant of prisoners in their state that are currently on death row. Some governors have for religious and personal beliefs, refused to sign the death warrants of convicted murderers in their various prisons. The Federal government made the appeal at the

Lovebirds, Justin Bieber, 23, and Selena Gomez, 25, looked like they were the ones getting married in Jamaica instead of Justin's father Jeremy Bieber and his girlfriend, Chelsey Rebelo.   The couple packed on the PDA during the wedding reception in Montego Bay on Monday. They were spotted kissing and cuddling as they stole private moments away from the other wedding guests. The wedding was reportedly an intimate affair with only 30 guests. During the party guests slipped into beachwear as they lounged at a resort soaking up the sun and sipping cocktails.
