Mother-of-five killed in car crash after her boyfriend cut her brake lines to make crack pipe
A 38-year-old mother-of-five died in a car crash caused by faulty brakes and police have now revealed that the woman's brake lines was cut by her boyfriend to make metal pipes for smoking his cocaine. Tammy A Fox was driving her black Hyundai Sonata one morning last week when "her vehicle began to accelerate," police explained in a news release. The vehicle appeared to be going 50 to 60 miles per hour, a witness said. Then, the car lost control and "violently struck a tree," according to police. Fox was killed by the crash. Pennsylvania State Police say her boyfriend John William Jenkins Jr., 39, cut the brake lines "in an attempt to obtain a metal pipe that could be used to smoke crack cocaine." "A mechanical inspection and search of Fox’s vehicle showed that the brake lines had been cut," police said. John eventually confessed to police that he had cut the brake lines the night before while at the couple’s home, the release states. He used the brake line as a "crack pipe" according to police. Scranton, Pennsylvania police are charging John with homicide and he is being held at the Lackawanna County Prison without bail. The post Mother-of-five killed in car crash after her boyfriend cut her brake lines to make crack pipe appeared first on Linda Ikeji Blog.
