Former deputy governor of Central bank, Adelabu, wins Oyo state APC governorship primary The All Progressives Congress in Oyo State on Sunday held its governorship congress at the Lekan Salami Stadium, Ibadan, with former Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, Adebayo Adelabu, emerging the party’s governorship candidate after other contestants stepped down for him. Joseph Tegbe, who was touted as Goveror Abiola Ajimobi’s choosen candidate, and other aspirants willingly stepped down from the race, except for Adeniyi Akintola (SAN) who was adamant on a full primary. Lovebirds, Justin Bieber, 23, and Selena Gomez, 25, looked like they were the ones getting married in Jamaica instead of Justin's father Jeremy Bieber and his girlfriend, Chelsey Rebelo.   The couple packed on the PDA during the wedding reception in Montego Bay on Monday. They were spotted kissing and cuddling as they stole private moments away from the other wedding guests. The wedding was reportedly an intimate affair with only 30 guests. During the party guests slipped into beachwear as they lounged at a resort soaking up the sun and sipping cocktails.
