Photos: Troops ambush Boko Haram terrorists

Troops of Operation LAFIYA DOLE on patrol yesterday, Wednesday, September 28th, came across some elements of Boko Haram terrorists at Bulabulin.
They engaged them in a fire fight that lasted for an hour. The troops killed 9 Boko Haram terrorists and wounded several others.
They also captured 2 AK-47 Rifles, 2 Hand Grenades, 1 Improvised Explosive Device, 5 Jerrycans of Premium Motor Spirit and 9 motorcycles. However, the troops hand held radio was badly damaged during the encounter.

A statement from Army spokesman, Col. Sani Usman said the troops would continue the clearance operation of the remnants of the Boko Haram in all the nooks and crannies of their areas of operation with renewed vigour and determination.

A Nigerian hairdresser has cried out for help after she was tricked to leave her job in Nigeria and travel to Oman to seek greener pasture. However, on getting to Oman, she was turned into a slave.  In the video making the rounds on social media, the lady who spoke in Yoruba, said Brother Tope told her that her handwork is more valuable outside Nigeria and that if she leaves, she would make a lot of money, However when she got to Oman, she was turned into a slave.''I was deceived to come down here to work but didn't know I was coming to do the job of 4 people.
